• Machine Setup and Operation: Preparing machinery, loading raw materials, and calibrating settings for production.
• Quality Control: Inspecting workpieces, detecting flaws, and adjusting parameters to ensure output meets specific standards.
• Maintenance and Troubleshooting: Conducting routine inspections, identifying malfunctions, and performing preventative maintenance.
• Record Keeping: Documenting production cycles, tracking material usage, and maintaining activity logs.
• Safety Compliance: Following strict industry guidelines, maintaining a clean work area, and wearing required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
